"Fig" found his way into the gym one Saturday morning with one of our coaches, Nick Goheen. Since the moment we met Fig we knew he was good people. Fig always has a smile on his face and will greet you with something hilarious to say, no matter how many hours he's worked, what he's dealt with at work, or whats going on in his life... he will always bring the joy! We love having a community made up of amazing folks like Fig!

What is your favorite thing about 926?
The community!!! You need support, it’s here; both inside and outside of the gym. You need competition, it’s here. Jake calls it the 926 Family and it’s true.
What advice would you give a newbie to 926?
This is YOUR fitness journey. Don’t get caught up comparing yourself to everyone else. When I started most of the ladies were stronger than me lol. Very humbling experience. Every one has different body types with different strengths and weaknesses. So don’t get discouraged when someone learns a new movement faster than you or is gaining strength faster than you. Set small goals, put in the work, have fun and results will come. Don’t be afraid to ask for help! It’s your journey but you’re not alone.
Be sure to give "Fig" a high five when you see him next! He will most likely be speaking another language to you so buckle up!0 Likes
