“I have always had a passion for health and fitness. I consumed myself with sports growing up and later went on to play for the East Carolina women’s soccer team. The thrill of competing and being a part of a team was addicting. After graduating, I missed that feeling and started my career at Athletic Lab Sport Performance Center, where I was introduced to CrossFit.

Since then, CrossFit has sharpened my athletic abilities beyond what I thought I was capable of doing. What was more gratifying than challenging myself, was coaching others to improve their overall fitness. Teaching people sustainable methods to help them achieve their goals and helping them live a happy and healthy lifestyle is my passion.
