Meet Josh Warner…
Josh joined with his father, Jamie Warner, shortly after our 5:00 AM classes began at the beginning of the year. He picked up on the movements very quickly and since then had been keeping his head down and pushing as hard as he can every single day! Seeing the progress that Josh has made in a short time is truly impressive and we are so proud of him! I mean what other high school student do you know that gets up with their dad in time for a 5:00 AM CrossFit class and then goes to school all day and sticks with it?? It’s ok, I’ll wait. Make sure to give Josh a big high five for being so devoted and so fun to be around!
As part of being Athlete of the Month, we asked Josh a few questions to get to know him a little more, below are his answers:

Don’t come into Crossfit 926 thinking that everyone will be judgmental if you can’t do the workout. They will work with you wherever you are to help you get stronger both physically and mentally.
